The Connected Traveler Now Offers Airfare

We are pleased to now be able to offer airfare for the trips you have booked with us. Airfare is generally non-commissionable, but we want to offer this service so you will have a protected travel itinerary with 24/7/365 backup.
We partnered with the largest supplier network in leisure and corporate travel. With that service, we have an air desk with 365/24/7 coverage to assist you in the event you encounter an emergency or unexpected issue during your travel.
The advantage of our air desk is that these specialized air-only agents will have access to your entire itinerary. They are able to do whatever is necessary to reroute or secure flight options to ensure you arrive at your destination the quickest and best way possible.
When you receive the air quote, including any fees, please note that the quote is meant to start a conversation. If you do not like the air quote, then tell us why you do not like it. If you found something more economical, tell us, we will be happy to compare. Oftentimes, the cheaper option is not always the best option, or even the cheaper option. Our prices typically include your seat assignment fees and/or baggage allowance. The basic fare typically quoted online does not.
Should you prefer a different routing or you want us to check different airlines, we can and will expand our search. Chances are we already looked for them, but we are happy to double-check. When you find a routing you like, we will be happy to confirm your ticket and seat assignments and enter your airline reward program number.
Interested in having us do your flights? Please email us the following details to ensure our search is complete:
• Departure City and Date
• Arrival City, Date and time by which you need to Arrive
• Return Date and City
• Preferred class of service-First Class, Business, Economy Plus, or Basic Economy
• Names of Passengers as they appear on your passport
• Date of Birth
• Passport Number and Expiration Date
• Best phone and email to communicate with you about the flights if needed.
• We also want to know what is most important to you: Cost, Preferred Airline, or Shortest Flight Time?
Once we get this information, we will process it with the air desk and return several options for your review. We continue to expand to provide even better service.
